BLNKD is founder-led. I'm Kendrick Samonte — I started it as a one-person development studio. Today I lead every project, and a small bench of senior specialists builds with me.
Why BLNKD exists
I kept seeing the same gap: studios that design beautifully and can't build, and developers who build solidly and can't design. The client ends up in the middle, translating — and the website loses something on the way.
BLNKD closes that gap. The same team owns the idea and the implementation, so what you approve is what ships.

How the team is structured
Founder-led. Not founder-dependent.
A studio that depends on one person stalls when that person is busy. BLNKD is structured so it doesn't.
Specialists work with us on contract, under the same NDA and standards. New specialists join through a paid trial project.

Written scope
Every project has a written scope, a fixed price and dated milestones.
Weekly updates
A short written or video update every week. You always know where things stand.
Checklists, not memory
QA, launch and handover run from written checklists, so quality doesn't depend on who's on the project.
Honest limits
If something isn't a fit — a budget, a platform, a timeline — we'll say so early.

We're based in Cebu, Philippines, and work with companies and agencies in the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Our day overlaps fully with Australia and New Zealand, and we keep regular overlap hours for the UK and US. Replies within one business day, a weekly update for every active client, and calls on camera.
