This website is operated by BLNKD Studio, a web design and development studio based in Cebu, Philippines. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, stop using the site — there is nothing further to it than that.

This site is not the contract

Everything here — services, approaches, indicative prices — is a description of how we work, not an offer capable of acceptance. Work only starts once we have both signed a proposal or statement of work covering scope, price, timing and terms. Where that signed document says something different from this page, the signed document wins.

Prices on this site

Prices shown are starting points in US dollars, for typical projects, and they exclude any taxes that apply where you are. What a specific project costs depends on its scope, and we quote it in writing before anything begins. A price on this website is not a quote and does not bind either of us.

What belongs to whom

The design, code, words, photography and illustrations on this site belong to BLNKD Studio or to the people we licensed them from, except where a piece of work is shown with a client's permission and remains theirs. You may read it, link to it, quote a short extract with attribution, and share it. You may not copy the design or the code to build your own or a client's site, resell it, or feed it into a product that reproduces it.

Client names, logos and screenshots appear with permission. They stay the property of those clients, and nothing here transfers a licence to use them.

Case studies

Case studies describe work we actually did and outcomes we can stand behind. They are illustrations, not forecasts. Another project in the same sector may go quite differently, and nothing in a case study is a promise about what your project will achieve.

Using the enquiry form

• Send us accurate information — we quote from it.
• Do not send confidential material or anything you are not free to share before we have an NDA in place. If you need one first, say so in the form and we will send ours.
• Do not use the form for unsolicited sales, recruitment, link requests or automated submissions.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or probe this site or the systems behind it.

Links out

We link to client sites, partner studios and the tools we use. We do not control any of them and we are not responsible for what they do or say.

What this site promises

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is current at the moment you read it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website — this limit does not touch anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not apply to the separate signed contract for a project, which has its own liability terms.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The governing law for a project is whatever the signed proposal for that project says, which is frequently not this — we are used to working under client-side jurisdictions and will agree it in writing before starting.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Anything unclear, email [email protected] and ask.
