Construction site · design & build
A California and Arizona builder's site: projects, industries and the numbers that matter to families deciding on a build.

01 / 13 01 — The challenge
A family deciding whether to add a unit for rental income, make room for an ageing parent, or build for their children's future is making one of the largest financial decisions of their life — usually with a contractor they've never met. Hesitation, not competition, is what kills the enquiry.
02 / 13 02 — The objective
Make a builder feel safe to call: prove the licensing and track record immediately, show real completed work, and let people navigate by their own situation rather than by construction categories.
03 / 13 03 — The approach
04 / 13 04 — The solution · 01
The opening screen pairs a plain human promise with four hard credibility markers, so the visitor's first question is settled before they scroll.

05 / 13 04 — The solution · 02
Completed builds are presented at a size where the quality is visible — the closest thing to standing in front of the house.

06 / 13 04 — The solution · 03
Routes are organised by why someone is building, so a visitor sees their own situation reflected on the page.
07 / 13 05 — Key decision 01
Licensing, years and project value answer the unspoken question — 'are these people real?' — at the exact moment it's being asked.
08 / 13 05 — Key decision 02
In construction, the portfolio is the proposal. Giving it room is the highest-value design decision on the site.
09 / 13 05 — Key decision 03
Families don't search in trade terms. Matching their words removes a translation step that loses people.
10 / 13 06 — The outcome
The builder has a site where a first-time client can see the licensing, the scale and the standard of work within one screen, and can find their own situation without learning construction terminology. The site is complete and awaiting its public launch.
11 / 13 08 — Capabilities
Built with Responsive build · Project gallery
In one line
A decision people were nervous to make is now one a builder's website answers in the first screen — credentials, real work and a route that matches why they're building.
